Itinerary Five


Time : Full Day Shooting
Cost : £175 per person

9.15am   Meet at Kelbrook for bacon or sausage sandwiches, coffee or tea and introduction to your instructor(s).
9.45am   Safety briefing, followed by practice and instruction over five clay target layouts, including the Pheasant, Rabbit, Snipe, Duck and Woodcock layouts.
(Teams of approximately six guests per instructor)
11.15am   Coffee break.
11.45am   COMPETITION ONE: Over five layouts to decide the individual winner.
COMPETITION TWO: Over the same five layouts to decide the team winners.
1.15pm  

2 COURSE LUNCH - (Starter/Main or Main/Desert) Choose 1 option of the 2 selected:

- Soup of the day, served with a warm crusty roll.
- Prawn cocktail.
- Chicken liver pate, served with melba toast, cranberry sauce & salad garnish.

- Homemade beef lasagne, potato wedges & side salad.
- Deluxe ‘ELVIS’ steak cheese burger with bacon, egg, potato wedges & salad garnish.
- Homemade chicken, chorizo & prawn paella, served with garlic bread.

- Sticky toffee pudding, served with custard.
- Cheesecake, served with cream.
- Cheese & biscuits

2.00pm   COMPETITION THREE: Rabbit Knockout:
A strategic competition using a limited supply of cartridges and lives
3.00pm   COMPETITION FOUR: ABT Knockout, (teams of 2).
Shoot off & Knockout Finals
4.30pm   COMPETITION FIVE: Team Flush, (2-3 guests per team)
An exciting competition to end the day, teams drawn using scores from mornings event, to give mixed ability teams. Usually rated as the best competition on the day.
5.00pm   Afternoon tea with scones, served with jam and cream.
Prize giving, Trophy awarded to the 'Top Gun' in each competition.
Departure.

All shooting (approx 100 shots each), hearing protection, instruction, meals and drinks, insurance and trophies.

Please Note:
All shooting will be at Clay Targets, and not live game birds.
